The Brooke Anne Makowiec memorial scholarship will be given yearly to a graduating senior from Addison High School. A committee of school faculty will be selecting a senior based on the following: - Involved in athletics - Going on to a institute of higher learning - School spirit - Positive & outgoing - Good sportsmanship & team player - Enthusiastic - Overall grade average 80 or above
